THINGS TO AVOID

Avoid taking any medicine containing acetaminophen such as Tylenol, Co-Tylenol, Sudafid, Bromo Seltzer, etc. (see our list of brand names)

Avoid taking any products with aspartame in them. Nutrasweet, Equal etc. are examples of trade name products that contain aspartame.

Avoid using electric heating pads and electric blankets.

Avoid standing near operating microwave ovens, even in restaurants.

Avoid sitting within 18 inches of active computer screens or within 36 inches of active television screens.

Avoid exposure to household and industrial chemicals.

Acetaminophen containing products drive down the glutathione levels in the body. Glutathione is an essential antioxidant and detoxifier and is usually deficient. Low Glutathione levels are found in more than 200 diseases. We recommended eliminating the intake of any over-the-counter products or prescription drugs containing ACETAMINOPHEN such as: (US Trade Names & Trademarks)
