To Do Every Day

Take two tablespoons of fresh organic, raw, cold-pressed Flax Oil with 1/4 cup of low-fat cottage cheese every day for the first 90 days. The ratio between the flax oil and cottage cheese is important. We recommend Barleans Flax Oil (very high quality) usually found refrigerated in Health Food Stores. If you cannot find Barleans Flax Oil, use only flax oil that comes in a black bottle, and the date stamp on it has not expired. Flax oil deteriorates rapidly and needs to be kept refrigerated and protected from light and heat exposure. The flax oil contains both essential fatty acids undamaged, and the cottage cheese contains a concentration of specific sulfur containing amino acids that are necessary for oxygen transport across cell membranes.

It is important to keep an undamaged source of the two essential fatty acids and the sulfur containing amino acids in the diet on a regular basis. Continue taking this combination several times per week after the first four months and as part of your maintenance program. The two essential fatty acids are Omega 3 and Omega 6 and are usually damaged in most food and are completely damaged in almost all vegetable oils which contain them if the oil has been exposed to light or oxygen.

The addition of a good mustard to the flax oil and cottage cheese makes it a delicious taste treat!

ESSENTIAL: Drink at least 8 to 10 full glasses of clean water throughout the day and take 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt every third day on the tongue and swallowed, then followed by some water. Don’t take in a glass of water. If your skin or ankles begin to swell, just reduce your salt intake for a few days and increase your water intake.

Highly Recommended (very important):

• Take 1 to 2 capsules of plant enzymes (not digestive enzymes) with any cooked food. Available from Lifestar and in most health food stores.

• Do read product labels; eat organically grown (pesticide free) raw fruits and vegetables daily; and drink lots of spring water as much as your able.

• Do not eat any cooked food after 8:00pm at night. Snack on raw fruits or vegetables.

• Do get some form of exercise every day to move the muscles to stimulate the lymphatic system. If unable to exercise, use muscle massage. Massage from the extremities to the torso and towards the center of the chest.
